candidates are introduced with all contact details and an honest assessment of pros and cons. of course, a candidate is always informed of the introduction and vacancy details.

price: full contingency, for a success fee of 20% of the annual salary including holiday pay, excl. other remuneration elements.

guarantee scheme: 100% of the fee in case of termination of employment within the probationary period, or finding a replacement candidate.

partial advance payment (retainer) in combination with a lower fee, or a fixed fee, are negotiable.
