we can offer contracting and contract-to-perm solutions. this can be useful, for example, if you want to hire someone for whom sponsorship of visa/work permit is required if you are not (yet) a recognized referent (i.e. without registration with the ind). we act as formal employer and can arrange the work permit.

we also advise on, and can assist with, the takeover of the candidate after the contract period if this is desired. we are transparent about the structure of the rate.

price/rate (per hour or month): total wage costs + 15%, plus the one-off costs of the work permit procedure if applicable. a fixed monthly rate is based on an average of 160 hours worked per month.
